To support our growth, we are recruiting for our Healthcare Business Unit a Key Account Manager.
Our web-oriented or SIH projects, driven by public cloud certifications, are at the heart of the digitalization of the healthcare world. Here's a glimpse of your missions:
- Develop a portfolio of strategic clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Contract new business partnerships
- Implement commercial action plans on your accounts
- Define and implement commercial strategy on your sector
- Ensure the quality of Claranet's responses regarding the contract and the knowledge of the case context (client's stakes, partners/competitors present, etc.) in relation with the sales teams
- Participate in the development of revenue
- Animate the network of partners and marketing operations to be implemented
- Follow the implementation of projects in collaboration with the technical teams
- Update information on clients and prospects of your vertical on the company's CRM (Sales Force)
- Participate in the consolidation of information on your vertical to provide a reliable synthesis to the commercial governance of the BU (P&L...)
Profile
We are looking for a graduate or self-taught professional with proven experience in similar environments to Claranet. You have knowledge of the infogérance market and ideally the public markets and healthcare sectors. You are pugnacious and autonomous, you give yourself the means to achieve the objectives that have been set for you. You also have an appetite for technology. Knowledge of the Cloud Computing universe is a complementary asset as well as a good level of English.
