Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Demand Planning team in EMEA. As a Regional Demand Planning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development of sales forecasts for our brands and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to create accurate sales forecasts
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency
  • Support the implementation of new launches and promotional activities
  • Conduct weekly analysis of exception reports and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
  • Student from an engineering or business school, or postgraduate student with a supply chain specialization
