We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced External Sales Manager to join our French team in the North region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales structure and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of regional sales managers to achieve sales targets and develop sales strategies
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and develop personalized action plans
- Work closely with the Sales Director to set targets and ensure reporting for the region
- Train and support the external sales team in the use of our products and tools
- Proven track record in sales and significant management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with international teams
