Lead Sales Executive for QA Solutions

We are seeking a Lead Sales Executive for our Quality Assurance Business Unit, responsible for guiding a sales team across the EMEA region.

Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and managing key accounts across various territories. This position requires a passion for selling innovative technology solutions and the ability to implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue.

You will engage with senior engineering professionals, showcasing the benefits of Static Code and Software Architecture Analysis tools, alongside other Qt Quality Assurance products such as test automation. Your approach will focus on delivering business results through a consultative sales methodology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA sales team dedicated to QA solutions, reporting to the Sales Director EMEA. Oversee team development, providing coaching and support to maximize individual performance. Collaborate with the Sales Director to strategize and execute customer engagement plans at various operational levels. Address and resolve any employment and performance-related issues as necessary. Formulate and implement effective customer acquisition strategies to expand the Qt QA client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders among customers and prospects. Identify target customer segments, particularly those utilizing competitor services, and create proactive engagement plans. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closing, including negotiations of commercial contracts. Establish and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with clients to foster organic growth and achieve strategic company objectives.

Candidate Profile

A background in engineering, IT/software development, or a related field, coupled with extensive sales experience. Proven ability to manage and coach sales teams effectively. A demonstrated track record of successful sales performance. A collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork with both internal and external partners. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Familiarity with value-based and solution selling techniques, alongside the development of enduring business relationships. An understanding of software development processes and the challenges associated with software quality assurance. Capability to articulate the value proposition and ROI of quality assurance products to prospective clients. A driven approach to acquiring new business and increasing market share. A results-oriented mindset focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets. Proficient in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous. Basic knowledge of C++ is a plus.
