We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Account Executive to enhance our Mainframe Modernization sales team. If you are enthusiastic about technology and dedicated to helping clients meet their business objectives, this position is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote professional consulting services focused on transitioning mainframe workloads to cloud platforms, ensuring optimal customer ROI through expert advisory and technical integration.
  • Establish and nurture a robust sales pipeline to boost the company's presence in niche markets.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify and cultivate new opportunities while enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners to effectively communicate our value proposition in modernization initiatives.
  • Engage with both new and existing clients to define business development strategies and replicate successful solutions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Executive or Business Development capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of modernization software products, services, and competitive offerings.
  • Proven consultative selling and business development skills to align client needs with tailored solutions.
  • Strong leadership qualities and initiative to drive service and sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Strategic planning capabilities at a business development level, with the ability to construct compelling business cases.
  • Experience collaborating with license or Account Management teams to formulate effective account strategies aimed at generating additional revenue.
  • Familiarity with mainframe architecture and software.

This role includes commission eligibility in line with the company's compensation structure.
