We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Service Specialist to enhance our service sales performance.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities to offer service agreements to our diverse range of professional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our services and demonstrate the advantages of service agreements to foster growth.
  • Examine client records for machines lacking contracts or those due for renewal.
  • Engage with targeted databases through email outreach and phone communications to propose initial service agreements or renewals.
  • Identify and relay information to appropriate contacts, including influencers and decision-makers.
  • Evaluate leads to convert them into viable opportunities.
  • Guide clients, convert leads, and coordinate appointments for service teams regarding identified prospects.
  • Maintain daily reporting of activities, update opportunities, and manage client information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate daily with field service teams, including Technicians and Service Managers, as well as Customer Care and Commerce departments.
  • Occasionally assist with administrative tasks related to contract management as required.

  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, along with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in French, with professional proficiency in English being essential.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B customer service or commercial roles.
  • Knowledge of the leasing or banking sectors is advantageous.

Position Overview:

This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-office responsibilities.
