Service Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven Commercial - Inside Sales Service professional to enhance our service sales revenue.

In this role, you will play a key part in identifying business opportunities to propose service agreements to our array of professional clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our services and illustrate the advantages of service agreements to generate growth opportunities.
  • Review client records for machines lacking contracts or for those nearing contract renewal.
  • Engage with targeted databases through email outreach and phone communications to introduce initial service agreements or renewals.
  • Identify and relay information to appropriate contacts (influencers, decision-makers, signatories).
  • Evaluate leads that can evolve into viable opportunities.
  • Guide clients, convert leads, and/or coordinate appointments for service teams regarding identified opportunities.
  • Ensure daily tracking of activities, update opportunities, and maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Maintain regular communication with field service teams (Technicians, Service Managers), Customer Care, and Commerce.
  • Occasionally assist with administrative management of contracts as required.

  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM (Salesforce), along with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in French, with professional proficiency in English being essential.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B customer service or commercial services.
  • Knowledge of the leasing or banking sector is advantageous.
