Job Description:

The Commvault Sales Engineer - Cyber Resilience Specialist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing technical and functional support to direct sales and channel sales teams. This role requires a highly technical individual with outstanding commercial skills to collaborate closely with clients and partners, positioning our value above and beyond the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the regional Pre-Sales team to provide technical support and enablement to sales teams.
  • Present and demonstrate Commvault's software suite of products to clients and partners.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure success during sales campaigns and ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Assist in achieving annual revenue goals in line with the Commvault's regional business plan.
  • Attend meetings, training, and maintain regular communication with the regional/global Pre-Sales community and other technical and development functions.
  • Be an inspiration leader within the Pre-Sales division and a go-to resource.
  • Actively participate in all Sales and regional meetings, QBRs, adding value and technical leadership on all topics.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrably experienced within the software industry in a similar capacity, ideally within data management and security.
  • Wide range of technical knowledge of data management, including applications, cloud, compliance, disaster recovery, tape infrastructure, storage arrays, storage networking, networking protocols, and general connectivity in multi-platform enterprise environments.
  • A dynamic, fast-paced individual who is motivated by success and takes responsibility for owning issues to resolution.
  • Exceptional internal and client-centric interpersonal skills in a commercial situation.
  • Shown success in taking care of enterprise clients and working on high-level deals.
  • Experience of working on sophisticated RFPs.
  • Competence with prioritizing work and balancing workloads.
  • Fluent English and French verbal and written language skills.
