Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at the Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing productivity by ensuring that sold business is aligned with the Hotel's yield management strategies and to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Sales to develop and implement business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Accor's overall mission, vision, values, and strategies.
Monitor market and competitor activity and carry out going research to establish sales opportunities.
Negotiate and close contracts with key customers.
Design and propose programs which meet the client's needs.
Maintain relationships with key partners and develop new accounts.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing in MICE & Corporates and DMCs.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Fluency in English and other languages, written and spoken, is preferred.
Knowledge of quality certification processes.
Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment.
