Aerospace Sales Executive with Expertise in Complex Transactions

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales executive to join our team at IFS, a leading global supplier of enterprise software for the Aerospace & Defense market. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering results in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with our Global Aerospace & Defence team and local South Europe Market Unit to achieve our sales targets and grow our presence in the A&D market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a focused list of strategic target Aerospace & Defense accounts
  • BUILDING pipeline, creating and closing opportunities
  • Executing the Go-To-Market Strategy for the A&D industry
  • Maintaining Territory Plan for the vertical
  • Preparing Account Plan including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts
  • Delivering end-to-end sales process, from demand generation to winning business
  • Collaborating with partners to penetrate into accounts and create joint sales plays
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience selling complex business software
  • A proven track record in complex sales at C-level with major clients
  • Demonstrated success with complex transactions and lengthy sales campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defense or PA Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French

You should also have a strong understanding of manufacturing and/or MRO, preferably with 3+ years of Enterprise software sales experience. An engineering degree and/or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience would be a significant advantage.
