About the Role
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Southern region of EMEA, leading a team of Account Executives across France, Spain, and Portugal. This position requires a proven track record in building and developing high-performing teams, with experience in the cyber security SAAS space and a strong network of channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Southern region, leveraging direct sales and channel partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, product specialists, and customer success.
- Manage the development and performance of the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure accurate sales forecasting and consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Leadership team to build and execute the regional sales strategy, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Utilize experience in enterprise selling to motivate and inspire the sales team, driving sales and providing mentorship and deal support across the teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in the cyber security SAAS space, with a proven track record in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in the Security, Cloud, or IT ecosystem, with a strong understanding of the customers' needs and drivers.
- Extensive channel sales experience, with a strong network of channel partners and the ability to build out a channel-first business.
- Strong cross-functional skills, with the ability to build relationships with other teams to achieve broader company objectives.
- Excellent consultative selling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive a customer-centric approach to sales.
