Strategic Sales Leader for Cybersecurity Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team in France. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the commercial SMB segment for Symantec's products.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and executing the overall sales plan for Symantec's commercial SMB segment across your geo.
- Managing and executing new business sales strategies directly with end-user prospects.
- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key prospects at the C-level and Senior Management level.
- Supporting key partnerships to drive new commercial opportunities.
- Providing sales leadership and management to Regional VPs, Country Managers, and Business Unit Leaders.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in direct touch/end-user sales in the cybersecurity or technology space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, including setting business expectations and objectives.
- Strong leadership abilities, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in French and English.
