About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team in France. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the commercial SMB segment for Symantec's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and executing the overall sales plan for Symantec's commercial SMB segment across your geo.
  • Managing and executing new business sales strategies directly with end-user prospects.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key prospects at the C-level and Senior Management level.
  • Supporting key partnerships to drive new commercial opportunities.
  • Providing sales leadership and management to Regional VPs, Country Managers, and Business Unit Leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in direct touch/end-user sales in the cybersecurity or technology space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, including setting business expectations and objectives.
  • Strong leadership abilities, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in French and English.
