Principal Quality Assurance Specialist

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to shape the future of airline product distribution and lead the quality assurance efforts for Amadeus' key solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize transversal QA processes, from initial requirement to steady-state production.
- Act as the main entry point for all transversal quality activities, providing support to Amigos, Management, and transversal QA organizations.
- Coach and upskill QA engineers in Scrum teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Provide support for QA engineers' recruitment, including interviews and recruitment days.
- Manage software promotion and activation processes, ensuring seamless deployment.
- Lead QA vision for NDC and group management, driving technology evolutions and tooling advancements.
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in airline IT.
- Strong customer focus and full proficiency in English, with any additional languages being a plus.
