Program Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Roissy - Charles de Gaulle airport - Moulin business area
Contract Length: 12 Months with potential for permanent placement.
Full-time position: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Compensation: Open to negotiation – prioritizing the right candidate.
With a legacy in the aeronautical sector since 1981, our client excels in the design, production, and upkeep of cabin equipment, alongside chemical services for various aircraft.
The quality of their offerings is validated by ISO9001, EN9100, PART145, and 21G certifications.
As they expand their operations both domestically and internationally, they seek a Programme Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the Programme quality assurance strategy in collaboration with the Programmes Department and relevant teams.
- Acting as the representative for the 'Business' within Programmes and vice versa.
- Serving as the Programme Quality Coordinator within the organization.
- Ensuring adherence to the Programme Process, milestones, and all related deliverables from order receipt to Programme completion.
- Functioning as the Quality liaison for auditors and regulatory bodies, participating in audits.
- Overseeing, guiding, and tracking the resolution of Programme Non-Conformities.
- Leading the Quality initiatives within the Programmes Department.
- Directing, managing, and implementing actions outlined in the Programme Quality Plan as necessary.
- Monitoring Programme quality performance metrics and providing regular updates to Management regarding any changes.
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the company's Quality processes by suggesting improvements and aiding in their execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced education in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in quality assurance, preferably within the aeronautical industry.
- Thorough understanding of current aeronautical standards and regulations (EN 9100, FAR, etc.).
- Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (FMEA, 8D, etc.).
- Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Capability to work in a project-oriented environment and collaborate across various departments.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and responsive skills.
- Effective communication skills for supplier interactions and negotiations.
- Fluency in technical English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
