About the Role:

The VP of Sales (EMEA) will lead revenue growth and geographic expansion of CLevelCrossing throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This critical role owns total revenue for the region and is the senior leader in EMEA as CLevelCrossing continues its aggressive growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and inspire quota-carrying sales reps assigned to named accounts within your region.
  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy.
  • Work with team members to follow the sales process.
  • Track record of leading sales teams that exceed quota.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates courage and creativity in solving problems, helping sales reps build pipeline and close sales.
  • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise software and related technology, people, and processes.
  • Background in fraud prevention or cybersecurity sales.
