About the Role
Bruker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for our Nano Surfaces and Metrology Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading strategic accounts and regional accounts, working closely with customers to address their AFM, X-Ray, optical metrology, and photomask repair needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and territories.
- Meet or exceed quarterly objectives for assigned accounts and territories.
- Plan and execute annual Technology Roadmap Meetings (TRM) at key accounts.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships at all levels of the buying organization.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and maintain a significant opportunity pipeline.
- Develop detailed knowledge of customers within the territory and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with sales, applications engineering, marketing, and field service to ensure highest level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years work experience in multi-tiered, technical selling environment.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated progressive management experience in multi-tiered, technical selling environment.
- Prior experience in semiconductor capital equipment is a must.
- Positive 'can do' attitude, highly motivated self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with internal and external customers and support groups.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with good track record in achieving sales targets.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor metrology requirements.
- Strong technical background - able to understand customer problems and recommend new metrology opportunities.
