About the Role

In the position of Field Sales for Small & Medium Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and convert potential restaurant partners in Paris into loyal customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing the presence of our QR codes across the city's dining establishments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process with independent and small chain restaurants, from initial outreach to contract finalization. This includes identifying prospects, qualifying leads, presenting our offerings, negotiating terms, and closing agreements.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities in the Paris area through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events to establish a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners and key decision-makers. Understand their requirements, address any concerns, and ensure a seamless experience with our services.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to each prospect, effectively communicating the advantages and benefits of our solution while addressing specific challenges they face.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, providing detailed insights about new clients and their unique needs.
  • Collect and share client feedback with product and technology teams, offering valuable insights into customer preferences and challenges to influence future product development.
  • Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies and plans by identifying market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the hospitality sector to continuously enhance your sales skills and knowledge.

About You
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant sales role.
  • You possess a determined and enthusiastic approach to demonstrating innovative payment solutions to restaurant clients.
  • Customer-centric mindset: you prioritize the needs of clients, ensuring our solutions deliver real value to restaurant owners.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, allowing you to work independently.
  • A collaborative team player who shares insights and supports colleagues.
  • A competitive and results-oriented individual who values achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is advantageous, coupled with a passion for culinary experiences.
