Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the assigned country.
  2. Develop and maintain profitable business relationships with key customers in the chemical, life science, consumer products, and retail industries.
  3. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize global operations and identify new services and solutions to meet customer needs.
  4. Meet individual and company KPIs and goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  1. 5-10 years of sales experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  3. Fluency in English, with proficiency in any other European language a plus.
