Aircall is seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to drive the success of our global Sales team. As a key member of our Enablement team, you will design, build, and manage GTM Enablement Projects to equip our Sales teams with the right tools and playbooks to accelerate GTM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enablement programs for the Sales team.
  • Ensure alignment and adoption on sales tech stack with relevant strategic GTM initiatives.
  • Support global AEs and XDRs in their outbound cadencing efforts.
  • Identify and prioritize internal training needs through stakeholder management, data analysis, and industry trends.
  • Develop and lead certification and learning plans focused on delivering results & exceptional buyer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience in GTM enablement at a software/SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from ideation to execution.
  • Previous sales or outbound experience as XDRs or AE.
  • Good public speaking and written communication skills.
