Category Manager

Vous serez intégré(e) à la direction marketing, avec pour objectif principal de développer les parts de marché et la rentabilité de la marque sur les rayons concernés. En collaboration avec les équipes Marketing et Commerciales, vous élaborerez et mettrez en oeuvre des stratégies catégorielles efficaces, tout en travaillant étroitement avec les Comptes-Clés et les clients distributeurs.
Vos responsabilités
- Définir et piloter la stratégie catégorielle pour optimiser l'activité dans les enseignes, en collaboration avec la direction commerciale.
- Analyser les performances pour identifier les leviers de croissance et élaborer des plans de développement avec les Comptes-Clés sur différents circuits, y compris le Drive.
- Coordonner les revues d'innovations produits en fonction des besoins des enseignes et des analyses de marché.
- Formuler des recommandations d'assortiments, négocier et suivre leur mise en oeuvre.
- Gérer les plans promotionnels tout en respectant les budgets et en assurant la rentabilité des actions.
- Participer à l'élaboration des plans merchandising, adapter les recommandations aux contraintes des enseignes et superviser leur réalisation.
- Développer des relations collaboratives avec les enseignes et coordonner les actions spécifiques avec les équipes commerciales internes.
- Assurer la cohérence avec la stratégie marketing globale de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction et partager les informations pertinentes sur le marché et la concurrence avec les équipes marketing et commerciales.
Profil
Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure (bac +4/+5) en commerce ou marketing, vous avez une première expérience sur une fonction marketing et/ou category management ou trade ou de Chef de Secteur dans les produits de grande consommation. Autonome et réactif(ve), vous faites preuve d'initiative et savez fédérer autour de vos projets. Votre écoute et votre sens du client vous permettent de mettre en place des actions efficaces. Habitué(e) à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant, vous alliez analyse et rigueur pour optimiser les performances. Votre esprit d'équipe et vos qualités relationnelles seront des atouts précieux pour réussir et évoluer au sein du groupe.
