RIDE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business strategies to expand our presence in the commercial space industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Manage a team of business developers and account managers to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with our launch mission department to ensure seamless execution of launch services.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the space industry.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development roles, with a strong background in the commercial space industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful business strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong network in the space industry, including launchers, satellite operators, and manufacturers.
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of French a plus.
