Job Description

RIDE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business strategies to expand our presence in the commercial space industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  2. Manage a team of business developers and account managers to achieve sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with our launch mission department to ensure seamless execution of launch services.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the space industry.
Requirements:
  1. 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development roles, with a strong background in the commercial space industry.
  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful business strategies.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  4. Strong network in the space industry, including launchers, satellite operators, and manufacturers.
  5. Proficiency in English, with knowledge of French a plus.
