Executive Food and Beverage Director

Belmond is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the Food & Beverage operations of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience in our Food & Beverage outlets
  • Ensure the highest level of service and quality standards are maintained throughout all F&B operations
  • Collaborate with executive chefs and restaurant managers to create and update menus, ensuring they align with the company's culinary vision and brand standards
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures to achieve profitability targets
  • Lead and motivate the F&B teams, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competition, and make recommendations for improvements and innovative initiatives
  • Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and partners

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is a must (spoken/written), Spoken and written French is a strong advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations in luxury hotels or resorts
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading large teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Knowledge of local and international food and beverage trends
