About the Role:
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales through Tenable's focus partners in the region. This role involves working closely with direct touch sales teams, dedicated marketing and sales engineering resources to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional channel strategy to drive sales growth.
- Directly manage and grow Tenable's focus partners, building strategic relationships to plan, enable, and execute against key growth objectives.
- Report key sales and marketing metrics to the management team.
- Act as the partner's single point of contact and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Manage and present quarterly business reviews and annual plans to management teams.
- Develop proposals and negotiate legal agreements.
- Create and deliver accurate quarterly and annual forecasts.
- Develop and implement highly strategic, thoughtful, and deliberate business plans to drive mutual growth.
- Recruit suitable new partners to Tenable's partner program.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Channel Sales, ideally in cybersecurity.
- Experience working with resellers, integrators, MSSPs, and distributors.
- Documented track record of success.
- College Degree preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and utilizing corporate resources and subject matter experts.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, networking, server, and data center infrastructure.
