Senior Channel Sales Manager

AB Tasty is seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and driving revenue growth through our channel ecosystem.
Responsibilities:- Establish and build relationships with key personnel in assigned Digital Agencies, Technology Partners, Global System Integrators, and in territory.
- Involve company personnel, including sales, pre-sales, services, support, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' assigned targets for driving net new sales growth via partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings as well as achieving strategic objectives in assigned partner joint go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure partners are effectively enabled for both selling and solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner resources.
- Work closely and proactively with the Sales Teams to align on opportunities and identify new sources of revenue.
- 5+ years of channel and alliances sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling B2B sales environment, preferably in the Digital Experience.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing agencies, systems integrators, and web development.
- Ability to grow sustainable channel partnerships through account planning, strong pipeline management, and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation skills and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent English communication skills (oral and written).
