Job Title: Sales Manager

At Linde, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and managing customer relationships in an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and develop proposals aligned with product management and production.
  • Grow the value of assigned customer portfolio by promoting new offerings and services.
  • Respond to customer queries on quality, delivery, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage account receivables with support from finance and maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Update monthly sales forecasts and participate in the development of the annual sales plan.
  • Implement global sales strategies while maintaining market share in the assigned geography.
  • Monitor competition and collect market intelligence.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a related industrial environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a remote team and travel 30%.
