The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize and manage senior leadership's calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are efficiently scheduled with reminders and prep materials in place.
- Client Engagement: Follow up on client action items and provide summaries to keep senior leadership prepared for recurring meetings and engagements.
- Social Media Oversight: Drive the company's online presence by managing and enhancing content across social media platforms, helping to boost brand visibility.
- Event Preparation: Create lesson plans and handouts for networking events and public speaking engagements, offering both creative and logistical support.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and at the highest service level.
- Billing Oversight: Manage invoicing, ensuring billing processes are accurate and timely.
- Email Management: Organize and manage emails across three main accounts, flagging important communications for timely responses.
- Adaptability: Embrace a "no job too small" mindset, tackling diverse tasks with a positive and flexible attitude.

Qualifications:
- Executive Support Experience: Proven experience supporting executives, preferably in consulting or fast-paced business environments.
