Position OverviewAs a Sales Manager for Liquibox, now integrated into Sealed Air, you will join a team of industry leaders dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace. We emphasize inclusivity, professional growth, and employee well-being, ensuring our team has the resources to deliver exceptional service and innovation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager for Liquibox in France, you will:
- Act as the primary contact for all customer-related matters, proactively addressing customer needs and collaborating internally to meet deadlines.
- Generate new business opportunities from existing clients while actively pursuing new relationships with potential customers.
- Drive growth in alignment with Liquibox EMEA's revenue and profit objectives.
- Utilize your expertise to respond to inquiries, offer industry solutions, and manage commercial projects within France.
- Strategically achieve consistent year-on-year sales revenue and profit growth.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for various product sectors in France.
- Collaborate with agents and distributors in France, providing comprehensive commercial and technical support.
- Communicate effectively within the Liquibox organization to ensure successful resolution of customer issues, regulatory requirements, and administrative matters.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree with 5-8 years of experience in technical sales or project sales within a multinational environment.
- Experience in the flexible packaging or liquid food processing sectors is advantageous.
- Fluency in French, complemented by strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A high level of energy and drive to meet customer expectations.
- The ability to achieve results in challenging situations.
- Excellent networking capabilities, both internally and externally.
- Strong autonomy as an individual contributor without team management responsibilities.
This position allows for remote work within France, with the requirement for easy access to transportation hubs for business travel.
