Account Customer Success

As a key member of our Global Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our most strategic customers in the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer success through the deployment and adoption of our products, while also driving business growth and expansion.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their security priorities and translating them into customized success plans.
  • Partner with our sales team to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer renewals.
  • Work closely with our professional services team to deliver value to customers through our products and services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
  • Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, network security, or security operations.
  • Proven track record of driving business value for customers, with the ability to interact with C-suite teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
