Job Title: Technical Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. as a key member of our sales and customer success team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing technical support and guidance, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our clients, including installation, upgrade planning, migration, and troubleshooting of UiPath platform infrastructure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including C-level executives and key stakeholders, to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Training and Enablement: Design and deliver educational and informational training sessions to enable clients to use UiPath products effectively and maximize their ROI.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling UiPath products and services.
  • Infra Experience: Have experience working with various UiPath license offerings and infrastructures.
  • Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of UiPath products, including DU, AI Fabric, Insights, Automation Hub, and Test Suite, as well as various license constructs such as Flex and Cloud.
  • Basic Coding Skills: Have basic coding or scripting skills in languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Database Experience: Have experience working with databases and understanding data integration and management.

Requirements:

  • Current or previous Technical Account Management, client-facing advisory role (NOT as Sr Dev or Architect role).
  • Infra experience, Knowledge on various UiPath License offerings.
  • Experience on Ui Path Product suit such as DU, AI Fabric, Insights, Automation Hub, Test Suite. Various license constructs - Flex, Cloud.
  • Basic coding or scripting with any one of the languages like C#, , python etc?
  • Experience and knowledge on working with databases.
