About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Demand Operation team at Sparteo. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal monetization for our publishers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and optimize ad stack operations across display, video, and native formats.
  • Work closely with various teams, including data, customer success, and technical teams.
  • Plan and execute operational and product roadmaps.
  • Maintain a best-in-class ad stack on relevant and monetizable inventory.
  • Contribute to the development of Sparteo's technical products.
Requirements
  • Proven 3 years experience in an ad-ops or technical account manager role within the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of technical banner and video market standards.
  • Good understanding of web standards such as HTML, JS/JSON.
  • Experience in the programmatic display or video industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
