About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Development and Revenue Growth to join our team at Amplexor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning, team management, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multicultural and multilingual sales team, managing markets in France, Germany, Dach, Benelux, Nordics, and Italy, ensuring strategic alignment and market-specific strategies.
- Supervise a 10-member international SDR team based in Paris, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide ongoing training for Sales Representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with the Head of Account Executive, bridging the two departments.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations to equip the team with necessary tools and data.
- Engage with all teams, offering analysis of market needs to develop compelling AI-based propositions for new customers.
- Create a common framework and improve perception of the sales funnel.
- Maximize pipeline creation through performance improvement, using new tools, strategies, and processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 3 years in a sales role (internships included), with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Managerial experience preferred, or strong leadership qualities.
- Meticulous, well-organized, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
