Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team at Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd.
About the Role
- As a member of our cost management team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients on real estate projects.
- You will be responsible for providing technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects, as well as administering contracts as a Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.

Requirements
- Previous cost management experience in major real estate related construction projects is essential.
- You should have knowledge of French construction regulation and practical experience with construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, finance, and numeracy management skills are required, as well as sound ICT skills and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A professional level of English and French is necessary, and a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in engineering or equivalent is preferred.
