Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cost Manager to join our team at Gleeds. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cost advice to clients from the early stages of projects to the final settlement of accounts.
- Administer contracts as a Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
- Develop and grow your career with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in cost management, preferably in major construction projects in France.
- Excellent knowledge of French construction regulations.
- Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, finance, and numeracy management skills.
- Sound ICT skills, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in French and English.
Education:
- Bac+2 to Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent.
- Diploma in Construction Economics.
