Key Responsibilities:- Drive adoption of MuleSoft software and help customers connect their applications, data, and devices.
- Partner with customers to deliver outsized returns on their investment in MuleSoft software.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive an excellent and consistent customer experience.
- Understanding of software development and/or engineering, including IT systems integration and APIs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and digital/technology transformation programs.
- Ability to manage large, sophisticated digital/technology programs and handle difficult customers or situations.
