Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Equipment Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet revenue objectives, expand market share, and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain key decision-maker relationships with customers to expand our client base and sustain long-term partnerships.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring continuous expansion and diversification of our sales portfolio.
  • Customer-centric Approach: Provide exceptional customer service, fostering client satisfaction and loyalty to contribute to company success.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless coordination of product and service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven background in B2B sales, providing a solid foundation for understanding industry complexities and engaging with clients effectively.
  • Food Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food industry, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, enables tailored sales strategies and valuable insights.
  • Sales Strategy Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, driving results through opportunity identification, approach innovation, and ambitious revenue targets.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Self-Motivation and Results-Driven Approach: Self-motivated nature, coupled with a results-driven approach, ensures task ownership and exceptional outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed demonstrates commitment to meeting customer needs and nurturing relationships face-to-face.
What We Offer

Sealed Air Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
