Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of its Mirakl Ads solution in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of sales experience, with a preference for 4+ years in the software industry, and some experience managing a sales team successfully.

Essential experience in Retail Media is required, as well as a BA degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to expedite the sales cycle, aligning with quarterly rhythms, and have an in-depth understanding of business practices and industry trends.

The Senior Account Executive will play a key part in growing Mirakl's EMEA business, with a focus on selling the Mirakl Ads solution. This position is perfect for those with significant sales or closing experience, particularly in the retail media sector.

The successful candidate will develop a go-to-market sales strategy in alignment with quarterly objectives set by Management, pursue Retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads within their assigned geographic area, and oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.

The Senior Account Executive will also gain thorough knowledge of Mirakl's solutions and effectively communicate key KPIs to attract and grow partnerships, establish themselves as a reliable advisor in the Retail Media sector, and lead in understanding Retail Media's benefits, unique selling points, and challenges.

Collaboration with internal teams to pursue opportunities and ensure seamless customer onboarding is also a key responsibility, as well as establishing and nurturing relationships within prospect organisations, navigating through key decision-makers and influencers.

Drive revenue through new customer acquisition using a solution-selling approach, maintain up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM, and take responsibility for building and maintaining an adequate sales pipeline.
