We are seeking a highly experienced Country Sales Leader to join our team at Resideo. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive country-level sales strategy aligned with our regional strategic objectives.
- Provide leadership to our sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales force.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the country.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our marketing team and category management teams to develop effective campaigns that are suited to the target customer or channel.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular market feedback to our executive team for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a distributor or electrical wholesaler or similar B2B sales environment.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Ability to drive a sales culture and margin growth mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in French.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
