Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of our payment products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective merchants.
- Search for new business opportunities and drive sales through a combination of traditional and digital methods.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and merchant needs in the allocated area.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and gain insight into their needs to maximize sales performance.
- Support and lead new business development initiatives, including sales presentations, local negotiations, and client onboarding.
- Prospect through outbound lead generation channels and nurture leads in target markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal merchant experience.
- Meet sales projections and achieve company and individual goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role within the payments, FinTech, and technology industries.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop effective working relationships across all management levels.
- Demonstrated track record of sales performance.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Commercially driven and goal-oriented leader.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
