Business Growth Manager

At payabl., we empower businesses to grow through payments innovation and banking services. Our ambition is to expand our strong portfolio of global financial services and make them all available in one place on our platform, payabl.one. As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts.
This role is about driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities. We are searching for a self-motivated individual who can excel in a hands-on environment and communicate effectively with prospective merchants.
You will:
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the payment products and services offered by payabl. and communicate them to prospective merchants.
- Search for new business and drive sales through various methods.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and merchant needs.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and gain insight into their needs to maximize sales performance.
- Support and lead new business development, including sales presentations, local negotiations, and client onboarding.
- Prospect through outbound lead generation channels and nurture leads in target markets.
- Collaborate with teams across payabl. to ensure optimal merchant experience.
- Meet sales projections and achieve company and individual goals.
What we need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role within the payments, FinTech, and other technology industries.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of sales performance.
- Strong skills using lead generation tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Commercially driven and goal-oriented leader.
- Open to travel for networking, events, and client presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
