Mission

As part of its international development, Newrest is strengthening its in-flight sales team at the group headquarters. We are recruiting a Global Account Director to provide the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish commercial proposals with responses to tenders, taking into account technical, financial, legal, and human aspects.
  • Negotiate and conclude new contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial development.
  • Manage the Quality reporting and ensure the retention of current contracts.
  • Collaborate in the creation of countries' air catering budgets in accordance with the Group's strategy.
  • Communicate and coordinate between customers/countries, including multi-scale projects, visits, start-up support, and follow-up of key stages in the life of the contract.
  • Participate and follow-up of pricing & contract negotiations, as well as monitoring by customer/country (Quality, Delays, Food tests, Inventories, Stopover visits, Billing/Payments).

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in commercial operations or customer services positions in a B to B environment.
  • A previous experience in the catering, in-flight companies, hotel or logistics sector, in an international context, is appreciated.
  • You are familiar with client satisfaction and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English
  • Multi-cultural teams' management.
  • You are used to work in an international environment, looking for a challenging position in a growing company.
