Global Account Manager

Newrest is seeking a highly skilled Global Account Manager to join its international development team. As a key member of the in-flight sales team, you will be responsible for strengthening our commercial operations and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial proposals and responses to tenders, ensuring technical, financial, legal, and human aspects are addressed.
  • Negotiate and conclude new contracts, ensuring optimal commercial development and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the retention of current contracts, ensuring quality reporting and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless communication and information exchange.
  • Follow up on sales action plans for each country, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategy.
  • Participate in the creation of country air catering budgets, ensuring alignment with the Group's commercial strategy.
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers and countries on multi-scale projects, visits, start-up support, and key contract stages.
  • Participate in pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor customer and country performance, ensuring quality, delays, food tests, inventories, stopover visits, billing, and payments are managed effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record in commercial operations or customer services.
  • Fluent in English, with experience working in international environments and managing multi-cultural teams.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on client satisfaction and commercial development.
