Role Overview and Partnerships TeamAs a Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will join an ambitious team dedicated to establishing and nurturing our partner ecosystem. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with partners in your region to drive Teamtailor's global revenue growth.
France represents one of our most rapidly expanding markets, with significant partnerships emerging in the area. You will be the second Partnerships Lead in the region, collaborating closely with your colleague. Your primary focus will be on developing a high-performing partner portfolio and elevating partnerships in France to new heights. Regardless of the partner type, your efforts will be directed towards ensuring a steady flow of partner-sourced opportunities and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
You will be integrated into the Partnerships Team, which consists of nine members worldwide. Your collaboration will extend to our Head of Partnerships and the rest of the team, as well as close cooperation with the regional team in France.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:- Developing and maintaining a robust portfolio of revenue-generating partners in your region.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term strategic business relationships that create win-win-win scenarios.
- Leading strategic initiatives to accelerate growth through partnerships in your area.
- Driving revenue expansion through partnerships in France.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and act on partner needs and growth opportunities.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry benchmarks and our offerings.
- Co-developing and executing the Go-to-market strategy for France.
- Managing and implementing partner marketing activities within your region.
