About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our Chemicals sector team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion in the Chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue high-potential transformation deals, leading and running entire sales cycles.
  2. Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new business with direct clients in the Chemicals sector.
  3. Work closely with partners to drive new business growth.
  4. Maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, contending offerings, and current penetration of services and solutions.
  5. Interact with clients, gain referrals, and form strong trust relationships to open doors and close deals.

About You

We are looking for a self-aware, self-starter with experience in the Chemicals sector. You should be a team leader, deal hunter, and deal originator with a proven track record of developing and winning new business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions.
