The sales division at Cloudflare addresses genuine technical challenges while generating the revenue necessary to offer complimentary services to millions within our community.
About the PositionIn this role, you will spearhead new business initiatives by pinpointing and qualifying target accounts for Cloudflare's Enterprise service offerings. This presents an excellent opportunity for a Sales Professional to contribute to the development of the Sales and Customer Development functions at Cloudflare. You will have a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise that allows you to engage effectively with various levels within network operations, development, and technical infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement a detailed account/territory strategy.
- Generate sales within a specified territory and/or account list to meet revenue objectives.
- Develop and present persuasive value propositions for Cloudflare services.
- Lead negotiations for contracts.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel requirements: less than 25%.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct B2B sales experience.
- Fundamental understanding of computer networking and the workings of the internet.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and terminology (a background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is advantageous).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong organizational abilities.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both French and English is required.
