Job Opportunity
Vestas is seeking a skilled Service Sales Engineer to join our team in France. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for negotiating maintenance contracts and ensuring coordination between the Sales and Maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with established clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Define, verify, and negotiate maintenance contracts in support of the sales department.
- Negotiate and renew maintenance contracts.
- Promote and sell additional parts and maintenance services on multibrand turbines.
- Build and value offers to optimize the financial performance of maintenance contracts.
- Ensure inter-departmental coordination within the Vestas Group to solve customer issues.
- Participate in the interaction between maintenance, logistics, technology, construction, and sales teams.
- Grow Vestas market share versus competitors.
- Respect and enforce the Group's quality and security standards.
Requirements
- Master's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, and Sales, or a related field of study.
- Fluent in English and French required.
- Good knowledge of the office pack, and SAP is a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in accounts receivable management, wind/renewable energy desired.
