Role Overview:

The Strategic Account Manager will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding relationships with our most significant enterprise clients. This position requires a strategic mindset to ensure the effective implementation of our solutions across key accounts in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with major clients and partners, acting as their main liaison and comprehending their business objectives.
  • Formulate and execute strategic account plans that align with the overarching goals of Dassault Systèmes, pinpointing avenues for growth and optimizing account performance.
  • Lead sales initiatives within designated accounts, working closely with partner sales teams to uncover opportunities and finalize agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment with client requirements and corporate objectives.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients within Dassault Systèmes, ensuring that their feedback is relayed effectively and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess account health, revenue progression, and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong capability in engaging with the Solidworks channel, fostering synergies with local partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness within strategic accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management, ideally within the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Dassault Systèmes' offerings or comparable software solutions.
  • Outstanding relationship management, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational environments.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with partners.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
