About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Hospitality Partnerships to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our hospitality partnerships strategy, driving business growth, and leading a team of partnership managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive hospitality partnerships strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead a team of partnership managers to identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with key hospitality industry players.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitality industry leaders, partners, and customers.
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.
- Manage and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform partnership strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Proven leadership experience, with a ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.
