Position Summary:In the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will spearhead our initiatives to establish Usual's presence within the DeFi sector. This position entails pinpointing potential DeFi collaborators, negotiating agreements, and overseeing their integration into our platform to foster growth and broaden our user community.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Discovery: Conduct research to identify and classify potential DeFi collaborators that align with our strategic objectives.
- Collaboration Development: Initiate and finalize agreements with DeFi protocols.
- Outreach and Sales: Lead outreach initiatives and leverage your DeFi knowledge to close deals.
- Technical Coordination: Serve as the liaison between our technical team and external partners.
- Business Proposal Creation: Develop comprehensive plans for each partnership.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the integration and launch processes of partnerships.
- Partnership Announcements: Regularly communicate new partnership developments.
- Proven experience in business development within the DeFi space, showcasing a successful track record.
- In-depth knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem, encompassing both technical and financial dimensions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to manage intricate projects and relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
