About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in France. Reporting to the France Sales Director, you'll be responsible for developing our customer portfolio and expanding our existing footprint in the sector.

Working closely with our BFSI practice head, dedicated BFSI Centers of Excellence, and delivery teams, you'll:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans within a set of accounts in the sector
  • Directly manage one perimeter within the sector, driving business growth and shaping TCS's position on new opportunities
  • Develop your external and internal network by relying on key stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • More than 15 years of experience, including 5 years in a similar position in sales of services and solutions
  • Deep understanding of the French BFSI ecosystem and established network at CIO level within major banks
  • Developed commercial skills and ability to identify deals and shape opportunities
  • Ability to define a sales strategy and execute it
  • Appreciated experience in the sale of offshore solutions and services
  • Ability to understand and challenge clients' business priorities and apply digital technologies to support their strategy
  • Broad technological culture, including application solutions, infrastructure, data, and cloud
  • Previous experience in delivery is appreciated
  • Fluent English and French
