Compensation: Base salary €45,000 + bonus potential
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication methods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development.
- Strong understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in researching and identifying potential clients effectively.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups with ease.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and business needs.
